Booking Conditions
Booking & Payment:
Upon confirmation of the booking a non refundable deposit of $ 500 per person is required within 7days.Full payment is required no later than 60 days prior to tour. If a booking is made within 60 days prior to tour ,full paymentis required at the time the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Charges:
Rafael Tours Reserve the right to charge a $ 250 per person cancellation fee once payment of your deposit is made.Cancellation within 60 days prior to tour will result in 100% cacellation fee.

Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is responsability of the traveler you should get Travel Insurance with your travel agent.

Rafael Tours accepts no responsability or liability for matters outside our control including injury,natural disasters,weather conditions industrial disputes,etc..All possible care will be taken

Please Note:
To make a booking select deposit from the Payment options then the tour date. For balance payments select Balance from the Payment options then the tour date.

Upon recieving the booking together with payment we will contact you by email providing you with more information about your tour.

Deposits secures your tour up to 60 days prior to the actual tour date.
